Michelle Ray has more than 20 years of experience in facilities, space and asset management. With a background in architecture and facility management, she is expert at implementing and integrating workplace management systems (IWMS) enterprise wide. In addition, as a certified Archibus expert, she has served as a technical consultant, solutions architect and project manager for clients in healthcare, higher education, state and federal agencies and various commercial industries. During her career, Michelle has been a project controls manager, Archibus Administrator for a government facilities management department and an IS Manager. She understands the facilities management industry from multiple perspectives, and her breadth of experience allows her to offer strategic planning advice to her clients to improve their processes and increase productivity. In her role as CEO and president of AFS, she is responsible for client satisfaction, providing on-site training and support and ensuring that projects are completed on time and on budget. Her certifications include Archibus Certification, BOMA Standards, Bracken Ridge Professional Management and Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses.
For more than 20 years, Patrick Lynass has overseen large-scale system implementations for a wide variety of clients within building design, interior design, computer-aided facility management (CAFM) and integrated workplace management services (IWMS). He has a background in interior design along with extensive experience working with Archibus modules focused on space planning, assets management, building operations, preventive management, move management, energy management and environmental sustainability. Patrick has managed portfolios ranging from 100,000 to more than 30 million square feet, but whatever the project size, his main focus is on the needs of his clients. As Director of Sales, his primary responsibilities include building client relationships, project management and helping clients improve their processes and operate more productively while meeting budget restraints, adhering to work plans and maintaining quality standards. His certifications include Archibus Certification and BOMA Standards.
